Aramex delivered to us outside of the city center, within the given timeframe. No damage to underwear. Placed in our letterbox. If I were picky which I'm not about a box (lol), the ck box was squished Good thing hubby isn't wearing the box and the undies aren't stored behind glass Please feel free to drop off at the front door (under the ledge) if you'd like to in future. Thank you everyone

A highschool student named korban put 50 dollars in my parcel and wrote a letter on the parcel saying that he hopes this goes to someone in need.

Dreadfully slow. Yes there's bad roads but other courier companies are still managing to deliver fast. When they do finally arrive they go to the wrong house. Useless.

Never let's you know you have a parcel, even when you are home. They don't even knock on the door, and when door was open, they just put parcel on the floor inside. Aramex just leave your parcel on the door step in full view of everyone walking past. Have also rung and left message but did not reply Nor worth any stars ☆

Delivery took a while. Wasn't home so they left slip in letterbox. Not sure they even came to house. Tried phoning. Fairly horrific voice message yelling at you. Asked via website for another delivery. When asking for this on website you had to tick a box to say they were not responsible for any damage. Which I found odd. Said it would come Monday. In saying that it was a public holiday. Went to depot Wednesday waited 15 minutes can't find it. Gave details for contact and it was delivered that afternoon. No damage and where ... read more
