I ordered items from a local shop that had free delivery. Waited 10 days and then it was delivered to the wrong address...lucky we have honest neighbours...1 item broken..very disappointing.!!!!

Worst customer service EVER! NZ post is so much better! Horrible lady who is extremely rude on the phone when calling the gisborne office. The driver didn’t even leave a calling card or even drive down the driveway to my house to give me my package like NZ POST does, it’s literally common sense! Do you expect to put a sign at the end of the driveway to say where it is? Because NZ POST doesn’t need me to do that? If you can’t do your job properly why offer the service in the first place? Package came damaged with an item stolen as well. Brought 10 clear floating shelves with other things and that was the one that was decided to be taken. Wtf, plus can’t contact them during the w.e for this concern. Rubbish

If I could give less then one star or negative stars I would. Worst courier service I have ever encounted. Multiple times have had online orders come through Aramex recently and none have made it to me. Have had things delivered to wrong address never to be seen again after being told they would retrieve parcel and redeliver but nothing ever happened and another lost into the ether but both said delivered and the courier service tried to claim "successful delivery" and tried to supply proof of delivery with wrong address and... read more
