The tracking says it’s been with the driver for 2 days, but the parcel hasn’t shown up. The phone goes straight to answer phone (where someone just yells ‘aramex!’, and the chatbot isn’t activated in Gisborne. So frustrating. I won’t be sending parcels with Aramex in the future.
My parcels are tucked through my gate at the end of my driveway. Yes I have dogs but they are contained behind another gate which I have conveyed to the driver more than once. He left a parcel last week and the dogs weren't even home! So if he thinks the dogs are going to get him he thinks it is OK to leave my parcel where they can get it? Other couriers will deliver to my door as expected when you pay for a courier delivery!
Can’t deliver to the correct address 2 times, useless
If it wasn't for the honesty of a bloke that dropped my package off to the correct address, it never would have shown up , right number , WRONG ROAD , Sharpen up. Yes all MY details were correct on label. Had to give 1 star or I couldn't post comment.
