Aramax has to be the worst deliverey service in chch nz . Why do business use this horrible business.. the drivers are so stupid, they mess up our delivereys all the time... they dropped my 1000 package off to another house. After coming to my exact house .... im lucky I have good neighbour's but still what if they weren't good, signature was required also ... I got a notification its delivered I couldn't find it , and was stressing out, when my neighbor knocked on my door and told me they brought it here.. it happens everyt... read more

Booked my courier, didn’t turn up to pick up the parcel. Had to call them twice before they finally picked it up.. three days late picking it up!
Updating my previous review. Ive just had ANOTHER parcel status say Delivered, and it hasnt been delivered. Seriously look at your delivery driver that delivers to New Brighton. He is seriously incompetent. I want my money back and ARAMEX you need to pay! Tracking number is MX0027580669. How is this company still in business?? Seriously!! The 4th time I've had an online order have Aramex deliver and no delivery!! PLEASE!!!! SOMEBODY KILL THIS BUSINESS!!!!
