So very slow to deliver. Once I got a parcel the next day, but everything since from the same supplier to the same address takes 4 to 5 days and up to two weeks. It really ruins it for the supplier because I'm seriously considering not using them as Aramex is so slow and random. Tracking shows 'in transit' and no further information on location. Very poor.

Worst courier service I have ever delt lied to me multiple times telling me lies on the phone about why my "priority" package was in their depot but didn't go out for delivery put me on hold to confirm it was there then were going to ring me back never did after the third time I insisted I get an answer before I got off the phone as it was a live animal. You must have the most incompetent drivers in nz. If an (expensive) parcel had 17 plus street on it but the mail box did not take a large parcel common sense would dictate to take it to the house, ( isnt this suppose to happen anyway) .But twice your clowns have not. Instead they put it in 19s letter box. WHY?? or are they just bone idle? Today I was lucky I noticed it other wise I would have never seen it again get your act together

As a new business owner in NZ, we hoped the promise of a turn around in their service was valid, but after a few missed pick ups letting our customers down, we are moving on to other couriers we can rely on.
