Small item(about size of a cell phone) from auckland took 6 days to get to south Island. No tracking updates or estimated delivery for 3 days. I would not hav made purchase if knowen that would take that long.iv neva heard of a courier take so long and it even arived a day earlier then the estimated delivery date. Item was deliverd in perfect condition and deliverd within their specified time however should specify estimated time of delivery from the begining and possibly a warning will take that long
