Krishan (082) was v good.
Absolutely worse courier service. Second time waiting 2 weeks just for my package to be delivered, getting updates about 2-3 days delayed in delivery do better Aramex. I've never had this experience before with other couriers ughhhh.
Driver delivered expensive package to wrong address. And then I couldn’t access the delivery photo. Customer service takes ages to respond. I had to hunt down my package myself.
Fantastic service from Mikaele! They walked to my doorstep and placed my package down gently in heavy rain while I was away. However, Aramex itself was disappointing. My package had barely any tracking sent to me, the only details I received were on the day of delivery.
Mikaele is awesome!
