Had a bit of trouble with a package that was coming 1 day too late(my own fault) but had arrived to my depot but Arielene from the Aramex customer helped me so much and I was able to go and collect my package in time. This was such a life saver, thank you Arielene.

This is the second time this has happened to me, and it’s unacceptable. My parcel was marked as “Delivered” on the company’s website even though it was not delivered. The first time, it was the exact same situation. This is misleading and feels like the status is being changed to meet internal delivery/transit standards rather than reflecting reality. I had to chase updates and still didn’t receive my parcel when the system said it was delivered. I won’t be using this service again unless they stop marking items as delivered... read more

I instructed them not to leave the item on my doorstep but they did it anyway and then try to say it was my fault!

Driver was too lazy to leave item at front door, putting in the mailbox where it was stolen. Useless company.
