It was a pleasure to deal with Kane. I was managing an urgent job remotely and his responsiveness was a huge help. He carried out the work in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
Rahman was the best. He explained everything and provided all our options for the work needed to be done. Very professional and so easy to talk to and ask any questions. Will definitely be using them for any future plumbing service.
The plumbing repair was excellent. The plumber fixed a leaking radiator pipe quickly and neatly. He was polite, tidy, and very professional.
I received a call that Shabbir would arrive at my house within the hour. He arrived within that time frame. He reviwed the work needed and gave me a fair estimate that I agreed to. He began the work and was finished in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the complete experience I had with The Pink Plumber staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.
He also performed the work - three radiator valves and two vents. My home was left SPOTLESS upon completion. Aside from the new parts and the units being correctly pitched, you couldn't tell anyone was there.
