Unfortunately I had a bad experience with ARAC Roof it Forward. If you have a simple roof they might be a good company to use but keep an eye and take pictures of everything. They subcontract almost every job and the crew they got for my house did an awful job. I had to call them out with some shingles/flashing when they were installing the roof which started to make me nervous. I had a very bad experience with this company and strongly advise against using them for your roofing needs. Their poor quality work and terrible service after signing the contract have caused significant issues.There were three major leaks that damaged my ceilings, and it took several months to fix them. One of the leaks still hasn't been addressed despite my claim five months ago. The first leak happened because they scheduled the roof removal on a stormy day and didn't cover it properly. The work itself in terms of the roof seems to be good, the experience itself was a disappointment. Roof started leaking, I called few roofers and ARAC roof it forward, **** from ARAC roof it forward came inspected the roof and showed me pictures of the damage. I choose to replace the roof with Roof it forward because they are really fast in their response. Other roofers took drone pictures and never shared the pictures or recommendations for 10 days.
