Great company, great people to work with. Pay attention to details. Very dependable crews. Satisfied with the work they did.
The work was done very well and fast. The clean up was very good and the crew didn't damage any of the landscaping or property. The cost was competitive and they didn't try and sell me work that didn't need to be done. All in all it was very good.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with ARAC Roof it Forward. If you have a simple roof they might be a good company to use but keep an eye and take pictures of everything. They subcontract almost every job and the crew they got for my house did an awful job. I had to call them out with some shingles/flashing when they were installing the roof which started to make me nervous. I had a very bad experience with this company and strongly advise against using them for your roofing needs. Their poor quality work and terrible service after signing the contract have caused significant issues.There were three major leaks that damaged my ceilings, and it took several months to fix them. One of the leaks still hasn't been addressed despite my claim five months ago. The first leak happened because they scheduled the roof removal on a stormy day and didn't cover it properly. The work itself in terms of the roof seems to be good, the experience itself was a disappointment.
