I recently worked with Nathan ********** to have the roof replaced on my Mama's home in Acworth, and I cannot express enough how wonderful he was to work with to make that happen. I highly recommend ARAC and Nathan. The team that worked on the roof and the team that cleaned the barn roof were extremely professional and hard working. I am very appreciative of Nathan and everyone at ARAC that helped us.

Arac Roof it Forward was hired to do our roof, along with gutters and repairs inside where the leak damaged. During this process, a crew was hired, I believe without any experience possibly day laborers off the street. Damage was incurred to our decks front and back, broken boards, broken railing, our outside lighting and our soffits are broken, destroyed. The amount of horror I have experienced from this company is beyond a short explanation. As a private home owner, I have had this company out to look at my roof to see if it had damage and needed replacement. Even at that first meeting my radar went up, but sadly I didn't listen. After their first visit where they pressured me to sign a document, (I should have known better), and my insurance company approved, which they did absolutely nothing to make my insurance approve as I did all that work, they LEFT TOWN. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN "ROOF IT FORWARD" Tropical storm Zeta wreaked havoc on our roof here in Gainesville. We knew we wanted a reputable roofing company, so we went with "Roof It Forward" for a second time! (They replaced a hail damaged roof at our old house in Marietta 3 years ago.) When Nick ****** of Roof it Forward said he and the company were going to take care of me and my roof, he was absolutely right. He was a liaison between me and my insurance company, so that part was relatively painless. He reassured me every step of the way how things were going to go, and he made it happen. My only responsibility was the deductible, and he helped me whittle that down. I am thrilled with the results, and we helped some children in need in the process. This is an unsolicited letter regarding Jackson ******, an employee of Roof it Forward. Jackson has served as our salesman for a roof install in late November. I am a busy physician but felt compelled to stop and send a letter regarding Jackson. Getting a new roof is an everyday occurrence in their business. I am sure it is commonplace but not to the consumer. It is intimidating and can be confusing with options and choices not on our everyday vocabulary. Response to my call for roof assessment was promptsame day. The Restoration Consultant evaluated the roof and interior damage, suggested solutions, worked with my insurance, was available by phone to answer any questions or concerns, and came out to inspect the finished job. I especially appreciated the Project Manager who was on site the day of the roof replacement. The work team was experienced and efficient. I hired Roof It Forward after one of their employees (Jackson) knocked on my door and gave me a free estimate. Jackson walked me thru the entire process, including how to start the claim with my insurance company. As soon as I got the claim approved, the work was completed in one day. Jackson, the project manager and the crew crew made getting a new roof a painless experience. I'm recommending them to everyone. Thanks Jackson and Roof It Forward!
