We had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Jackson was the rep who handled our case. He stayed in constant communication and he always responded to my texts or my phone calls. The crew that installed our roof was very professional and very courteous. I was told that they would arrive at 6:45 am and that's exactly when they arrived. Met with ROOF IT Forward IN jUNE OF 2020 - discussed a new roof and let them know my insurance company, which turned out to be a very difficult ins to work with. My case was immediately turned over to an adjuster and shortly thereafter into lawyers hands. Roof It Forward did absolutely nothing other than recommend the adjuster and now claims tons of paperwork was done by them. We are very pleased with our new roof. It looks great, and was done right. The installers were professional and very organized, completing the job in one day. It was a pleasure dealing with Hayden, who was available to answer all my questions and concerns. Thanks to Hayden and his persistence in dealing with the insurance company, we were able to get a complete roof replacement! We highly recommend Roof It Forward.

He presented the details of our roof needs, the process of working with the insurance adjusters, and we went with his win/win personality!! Save yourself, your home and your money and AVOID these 5-star, *************** sales-oriented individuals! Had my project done way back in the fall of 2020. Shameful and Shameless are the only words I can use for the quality of work. Unless they can point fingers or misdirect like magicians, they are unseen or unheard from. I just had my roof replaced and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism displayed by everyone at the company. ******* was responsive and very knowledgeable, kept me informed every step of the way. He definitely went above and beyond with keeping me informed throughout the entire process. ******* was also very professional and thorough during the installation. Jackson was our sales guy and worked really hard at making sure after our hail damaged roof we were able to get a new roof and gutters in a timely manner form the insurances Jackson stuck with us from start to finish and even made sure the adjusters had all the info they needed to approve our new roof! Great quality products, service and if any issues occur he or the company is quick to swoop in and fix it best they can!
