I worked with *******, and he was wonderful and on top of everything from start to finish. The roof was replaced fast and well. Arrived on time and did everything perfect. Throughout the process I was guided, I was kept well informed and facilitated everything with my insurance. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you.
The maintenance work on my roof was completed in a timely and professional manner. The service by ***** ******* and **** ******** was excellent. Before and after the completion of the job everything was reviewed with me. ***** and **** both presented themselves in a caring and professional manner.
One of neighbors had his roof replaced. **** and a few other guys walked around our neighborhood. He asked if he could check our roof for any shingle damage since a couple of days earlier there were wind gusts greater than 60 mph. Sure enough we did have shingles that were broken and missing. They ended up doing nine other roofs in my cul-de-sac, and 9 friends and neighbors of mine in my culdesac and all are happy. They watched me through the process and communicated with me the entire time. It was a great experience.
This company didnt finish work promised in writing blamed it on manufacturing and then stated it was workmanship and then stated they would fix the problem and months later no communication
