Roof it Forward put a new roof on our house. The roof came out great but the other issues that occurred have not been taken care of at all. The workers that came to install, the roof did not speak any English and they broke our Spicket on the outside of our house and flooded underneath our crawlspace where it was recently encapsulated. I had to wait until my representative from Roof it Forward came by that time they watered have been running under the house for hours. I had Roof It Forward come out and look at my roof. Had water leak I was told numerous times that I was not obligated to use this company by *** Vachuk Restoration Consultant after asking him about everything he was doing. Very pushy person. Well at the end of the day I decided not to use Roof It Forward now they are trying to charge me $2835.30 for 25% of the total roof replacement amount from my insurance company they even added not recoverable deprecation amount.
My mother hired Roof it Forward in August 2021 via an insurance claim. Three years later, they were called for a repair, blaming missing flashingsomething they had already scheduled to replace in the 2021 invoice. We arranged for the repair at our expense. They skipped the scheduled date and instead came the next day, maybe expecting us not to be home. We saw them on-site for 5 minutes. Yet later received an invoice (Aug 21, 2024) for the full repair. They put on a new roof. The ******* had to Push the claims department to speed things up. He got the job done. I highly recommend Roof it forward.

******* and team went above and beyond to meet with us, communicate everything we needed to know, stayed in touch throughout the project, and help us wrangle working with our solar panel company for uninstalling and reinstalling our panels. Highly recommend!
