I want to thank **** *. and Roof It Forward, *********, **, for the excellent customer service I received. I was dismayed by some negative BBB reviews and company responses. **** went the extra mile to ensure I did not experience those issues right off the bat. The roofing crew was amazing and completed the job quickly. I had several neighbors comment favorably about the work ethic of the crew and how well they cleaned up as they went along. I look forward to a continued positive experience with **** and Roof It Forward

I had my roof replacement by ARAC roof it forward in March *********************************** 2024 to the final approval process in February 2025.I couldnt be happier with the results, the team was professional, punctual and transparent. The crew.arrived on time, work efficiently and kept the side clean throughout the project. Start to finish everything went well. ******* came out and gave me a fair quote. He did not try and "up sell" me. He told me when he would start the job and how long it would take. He kept his word and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to use *******and this company again.

We had roof damage due to wind and ******* ******* was AMAZING to work with!! Unfortunately it was a long process (9 months)but he stayed on top of the process and drove 4 hours EACH way on 3 occasions to meet insurance Adjustor. The ins company kept changing their Adjustorsteep roof and the adjustors would get on our roof. So the **** *** marked the roof and sent in all the info to insurance *** Again I highly recommend ******* and ARAC Roof it Forward!!!

My experience with roof it forward was great. They walked me through the whole process. Communication was easy and straight forward. I was most pleased with clean-up after the job was completed. No nails or debris anywhere. Would recommend.

Hired Roof It Forward through a recommendation. Sales *** ******* was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation was ok, but flashing was done incorrectly. We also agreed to purchase the additional 10 year warranty. Due to the flashing being installed incorrectly, we suffered water damage. Was advised someone would come out and they did. No follow or callback to address the issue. Reached out to **** (June 2024) to advise we hadn't heard anything since March 2024. He advised he needed to review file ... read more

I worked with *******, and he was wonderful and on top of everything from start to finish. The roof was replaced fast and well. Arrived on time and did everything perfect. Throughout the process I was guided, I was kept well informed and facilitated everything with my insurance. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you.

The maintenance work on my roof was completed in a timely and professional manner. The service by ***** ******* and **** ******** was excellent. Before and after the completion of the job everything was reviewed with me. ***** and **** both presented themselves in a caring and professional manner.
