As a tenant, I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from the team at AR Lettings. Especially, from Leonor, who dealt, most admirably, with an extremely difficult situation at the property where I live, recently. Great communication, and any problems, or issues I have, are always dealt with promptly, and professionly.
Lucy was great! Within 1 week of submitting a request to view the property she had references and application accepted even with the Easter Bank Holiday to factor in... Very efficient, friendly and much more professional than a lot of agents we dealt with along the way. Certainly helped by the fact AR clearly have a great portfolio of properties across the UK which they can offer. If I was someone letting a property, I'd want Lucy showing prospective tenants round.
AR Lettings have always been thorough and attentive, prompt with their responses. Lucy has been a great help to me with my lease recently during some difficult personal circumstances, really grateful for everything!
AR Lettings provides exceptional tenant support. Brad and the landlord are highly responsive and address any necessary actions promptly and efficiently.
