So grateful to Roy for responding so quickly when I had an urgent need, and so impressed how well my ancient and very stained carpets came up. Recommend!
We had our carpet and sofa cleaned because of previous tenant's pet smells. They both looked beautifully clean afterwards - so no problems there. However, both smelled exactly the same afterwards - so I wouldn't recommend Aquawave for this purpose. We have prior experience of a worse-smelling sofa being cleaned and it completely resolving the problem, and we have since cleaned the carpet using our own methods to resolve the smell. Roy delivered a truly five star service for us, cleaning a really dirty, staircase carpet and restoring it to as-new condition. You won’t find a better carpet cleaning service in the whole of Bristol.
