Stephen kept my old boiler going for as long as possible. He has given me a brilliant service. My boiler finally gave up. Whilst I was away last week Stephen came to my rescue. Much easier for him to work in an unoccupied house. And I returned home at the weekend to a lovely warm tidy cottage. Many thanks for your very prompt and efficient work - carried out at short notice at your busiest time of the year.
Just had my boiler serviced by Steve for the 10th consecutive year. A very thorough and professional job as always. Also many thanks for attending my Mothers boiler breakdown last winter at very short notice on one of the coldest days of the year. I would highly recommend Aquawarm Heating & Plumbing.
I have used Aquawarm for the last 8 years ever since Stephen replaced our heating system and boiler. His initial quote was thorough, competitive and he took the time to explain works both before and during installation. Since then he has attended to our annual service and undertaken various other plumbing jobs for us. I have always found Stephen to be professional, responsive, polite, thorough and very diligent and would highly recommend him.
Please do not use Steve for call out and repairs. He came to my house to investigate an issue with my boiler. He then charged me for labour and parts in advance to then come back to complete work at a later date. On arriving a few days later he tried to fix the issue he had diagnosed but then gave up stating he did not have time to complete the job and dealt with my wife at the time.
