John Hegarty and his team carried out roofing felt repairs on my flat roof. It was not a very neat job. However the main problem is that the roofer pointed his blowtorch at my polycarbonate conservatory roof, which he was not meant to be dealing with. I’ve deeply regretted going with this company and I’m still recovering from the financial burden John Hegarty put on me when I had to borrow money to fix the damage he caused to my extension roof. I’m a 74 year old pensioner and used almost £3000 of my savings to fix a leak in my flat roof extension. He came with his men within hours of me contacting him and told me all these associations he was registered with. The owner of this company John Hegarty is a fraud. I made the mistake of allowing him to undertake some roof work for us. At first he seemed all good, he turned up and completed the work in what I felt was a reasonable time frame. I paid £3500 to repair a leaking roof. Shortly after, I started having problems with his work and tried to reach back out to him. He would promise to come and have a look, but never turn up.
