Scheduled a routine furnace tuneup with Aquarius. Marcus our technician did a thorough job and explained everything he was checking and spent a lot of time answering our questions. Josiah was great! He came out to replace the bath/shower faucet and assembly for my sons new home. He recommended products and services that met my needs. The work and parts were high quality. He even took the time to show me a trouble spot and how he fixed it. I have used Aquarius since 2020 and they have done a great job. They warranty their work and I trust them to do a great job.
Aquarius Home Services installed our AC unit in 2019 with a 10-year parts warranty. Fast forward only six years, and the compressor is already failing. We called them out, and while they did diagnose the damage, we heard nothing back for six days even though we reached out multiple times ourselves. Eventually, they told us the part would be covered under warranty, but they still wanted to charge us for five hours of labor at nearly $600/hour plus refrigerant.
