Craig came out last week to evaluate a very disfunctional, crowded utility room and poor quality water. Very nice & provided perfect solution. Ryan, the installer, just left after doing an awesome job. Very conscientious, thorough and patient explaining my new water softener & reverse osmosis system. I’m extremely pleased. I definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with Justin’s work on my water softener system. He performed maintenance on the system as a scheduled and quickly identified the slow leak I had reported as coming from that same system. Within a short time everything was fixed. He showed me the part that needed fixing and thoroughly described the problem to me as to why it was leaking. Fortunately it was under warranty. Justin is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient in his work.
Nick and Matthew were here to evaluate our water softener and drinking water. Both were courteous, informed and knowledgeable about the water testing and their products. I appreciate their friendly and prompt service. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Had my water heater flushed and sanitized to fix the smelly hot water.
Prompt and efficient service from technician, Zack. He informed me of additional customer service programs to save money over the year.
Replaced three valves on my water main and replaced my outside faucet.

Since my initial review on 5/3/25, Becky from the local Kinetico’s office took the initiative and reached out to me!
