Art was great. Replaced my filter and answered all questions.
I had a bathtub drain that was clogged very badly so I asked Aquarius Home Services to take a look. Max R. (a drainage specialist) arrived at my home and was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very clear on first steps, what could be necessary next steps, and also the process if the issue was more serious. We had a water leak issue though it was the water softener but turns out it was the drinking water system. Our tech Cole fixed the issue and also checked to make sure everything else was working properly great experience.
We had a very positive appointment with Cody. He checked our water quality, equipment, delivered our salt and also informed us of a valve that had leaked on our water heater. I don't usually write reviews for work done, preferring to tell the person at the time of my appreciation and satisfaction. Every visit has been professional, personable, respectful,, and informative. Once again, thanks to Justin M., I gladly give Aquarius a 5 star rating.
Aquarius scheduled a service technician sooner than we expected. They kept us informed of when the technician would be there and he was on time. Cole was very personable and did a great job explaining what he found and what was needed. He showed me what the issues were and provided some options for repair along with his recommendation. He was very friendly and courteous and I would recommend Cole, Aquarius and Kinetico for anyone needing water softening or a reverse osmosis system.
