Rick did a great job of answering our questions and giving us things to watch for. We were very pleased.
Cannot give enough high praise for everyone we have interacted with from Aquarius! Today Paul T**** replaced our leaking water heater. His work is excellent and he was meticulous in minimizing the impact on our home. He kept us informed of his progress and once the project was complete he thoroughly reviewed operating the new system. He even made certain that our gas fireplaces operated properly after he had temporarily shut off our gas supply. Truly an excellent job well done!
We were very happy with Eric he was very pleasant to talk to and took time explaining what he did.
Had Aquarius out to inspect my 20yr old water heater. Josiah discovered several corroded fittings on unit and gave me options to replace or repair. I chose to replace and he got the new heater installed the same day. i am very pleased with my experience.
Terrible customer service. I’ve had this service for 10 years. Each year customer service is worse. They’ll be removing everything from my home. I’ll get a reliable company!

Very knowledgeable and great with explaining the work being done.
Excellent Service, Colton did an awesome job of explaining everything that was completed.
Austin came by this morning and did a wonderful job explaining everything to do with our water system. He changed the filter and it was very interesting watching the whole process. I plan on using one of those plan’s because it a very complicated process. I’ll leave it to the professionals, thanks Austin for doing such a great job.
We just had our free inspection for our new furnace and everything went well. Marcus was very knowledgeable about the furnace and gave me some tips to follow. Thanks Aquarius for hiring nice folks.
