Tried to charge me $2100 for service of part replacement that should have cost $800 per other estimates. Price gouge because I am a old widow, and he thought I was stupid. Very disappointing,dishonest, don't use their service!

I recently had Nate & Mao from Aquarius here for 4 days installing a new breaker panel with outside emergency shut-off, doing a whole house redevice, installing a new light in the bedroom closet and new lights in my garage, among other smaller tasks. They did FABULOUS work!!! Aquarius Home Services has-been incredibly great to me. Over the years I have had a bunch of issues they have literally "bailed" me out of. Great ideas, good service, wonderful technicians (Travis, the most recent expert to come, showed me everything, explained the changes/updates, kept running up and down my staircase (as I don't do stairs) to give me my AC progress. He or any of the other technicians can come back anytime, as I am comfortable with any of them!!

The installation techs called before coming to the house. They were on time, professional and answered all my questions. They explained what they were doing and when they were done cleaned up and removed all the old equipment and explained the operation of the new equipment. They completed what I expected to take most of the day in about 3 hours.

Nick did a great job replacing the two bottom tanks of our Kinetico water softener, replacing the filter and checking to see that it was in good working order. He was aware of my needs for containing and cleaning up the mess and did a great job of doing both! He also arranged for Jennifer to come out and talk to us about the Kinetico drinking water system and she was at our house within an hour of Nick leaving our house!
