I had a service appointment today with Kinnetico and I was very pleased with every aspect of it. Micah was very good at explaining my options in detail and making it easy to understand. He was efficient, tidy and very polite and personable.

We have had Kinetico water system for 5 years. It is the best we have ever had, and the service from Aquarius (our rep is Xavier L****) has been exceptional. He is courteous, neat, efficient and a true asset to Aquarius. He explains what he is doing, cleans up, and is pleasant at all times

$98 to just show up!!! This’s VERY RIDICULOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS!!! Plumber guy didn’t appear to know much about plumbing! I STILL DON’T KNOW for what I’d paid $98! Aquarius/Kinetico seems to be in business JUST TO rip people off their VERY HARD EARNED money for excessively and exorbitantly expensive services and equipment!!!
