Noi was a very personable and professional technician. He informed me of what he was doing. He showed me the dirty filter and replaced that. He replaced the UV Light and checked the air conditioner. He made sure I didn’t have any questions. An A+ job!

My basement was flooded due to my sump pump not working. I called Aquarius for service and in a short time I received a text from Micah ********saying he just was just finishing up a service call and would be right over after finishing up a job. My sump pump was installed in 1993 by Aquarius so I called them and in a few hours Micah texted that he would be there soon. The pump needed to be replaced. Tried to charge me $2100 for service of part replacement that should have cost $800 per other estimates. Price gouge because I am a old widow, and he thought I was stupid. Very disappointing,dishonest, don't use their service!

I recently had Nate & Mao from Aquarius here for 4 days installing a new breaker panel with outside emergency shut-off, doing a whole house redevice, installing a new light in the bedroom closet and new lights in my garage, among other smaller tasks. They did FABULOUS work!!!
