Our thanks to tech. Nick ********who diagnosed our problem perfectly. The part needed was on back order. When it came in he was able to come back in 2 days to install it, which only took about one hour tops. Great overall service. Nick was great. Very professional, knowlegable and friendly . Technician Xavier was friendly & very proficient at his job. After I received an email with the service invoice I called in with a question. Supervisor Becky was also very friendly and answered all my questions completely. They both made me smile that day!

Riley did a fantastic job. It was so great that he took the time to explain what was working and what needed repair. He also completed the repairs the same day. He is very customer service oriented. I am very pleased with the service I've received from Aquarius and would highly recommend them and will request that Riley will provide my HVAC services in the future.
