AquaGuard did some foundation leveling and support in January. All was good. Several weeks later I noticed the major dip I had felt prior to their work was back. Called, got an appointment for a service person to check it out. He arrived promptly, listened to our concerns, crawled under the house in the pouring down rain and within 15 minutes my floor was actually better than ever. Some settling had occurred. We had a great experience with our service tech, Anton. We transferred a warranty policy on a new home we purchased and Anton walked us through the work that had been done and educated on how to look for future issues. He was sharp, very experienced and left us feeling confident about having transferred over service from the prior homeowners.

I rarely do a review good or bad for anything but my experience was worth the time and effort. Anton, the service tech was so polite and pleasant. He called ahead with eta and when he arrived did a thorough inspection. I felt assured that he was going to really take proper measures for the job and do it completely and correct. Anton is a great employee and the kind of person that any company would be proud to have represent them. Thanks again, *****

AquaGuard has been coming to my house for several years. They provide a professional and quality service. Today, Chris ******* was the Service Tech that came out. Very professional, on time, explained what checks he was there to do, and made a few recommendation concerning the foundation outside of the house. I believe AquaGuard has earned the 5 Stars I am giving them. Pricing tends to be on the high side. Shop around before making any decision. Anton came to do a routine check of my sister's basement. Since we are housesitting, he had to explain to me what had already been done and what we need to watch for. He was professional, thorough, and provided some recommendations. He also followed up later in the day with picture per my request.

AquaGuard fully encapsulated the crawlspace of our home 2 years ago. Anton came over today for our annual service appointment. He was such a pleasure to work with. We will be contacting him and AquaGuard again in the very near future to do another project on our floor system. We highly recommend them as we have not had to worry about anything with the encapsulation.
