AQUAGUARD 9/3/21 Though we know mistakes happen but I truly believe this mistake could have been avoided if you cross your T's and dot those I's. There were only 3 jobs scheduled and I was scheduled for the 8-10 window but didn't get the crew 'til 2 1/2 hours later. Good thing I called at 10;30 to find out what was going on. I was told that staff was out due to Covid two weeks prior to my appointment. But my appointment was made within the two weeks. I guess that's why 3 jobs was scheduled for that day. i think that AQUA GUARD did not do what they said they would do with my drive way. before they did the word they said they could level my driveway and when they could not. they said it was because there was debreis and cement from when we put in the last driveway. So my complaint is that they could see this at the beginning before the work was done. And I told the guy that if they saw that they could not level the driveway please dont do it. because I did not want to waste the money (7500). when the guy finished I said that ... read more

We just purchased a home in Ranger, GA that has your system installed. Quite amazing system if I may say so. Chris **** came out today and tested the entire system and went over everything with us about how the system works. What a great asset to your company. Anton provided excellent customer service. Not only was he extremely thorough and knowledgeable but, he was very patient while explaining everything to me as he investigated the root cause. I asked a lot of questions, and he was more than happy to answer all of them. When calling Aquaguard in the future, I will definitely request Anton.

Anton ****** did a fine job. He stayed with it until he diagnosis's the problem correctly and them replaced the pump. He also helped me find the missing discharge point that was totally hidden by overgrowth. I highly recommend Aquaguard but ask for Anton to get the job done right ***** ********
