I used the services of AquaGuard to solve a flooding problem at my house several years ago. Their solution solved the problem of many-years of sweeping, using a shop vac and a fan to remove the water from our basement. Several years later after selling that house, I called AquaGuard once more to look at the foundation at my new location. A fix was decided on and a team came and installed what was needed. On April 4th sales representative Eric ******** came to my home (pleasant, engaging, laughing) as I expressed that I wanted my backyard walkway evened out...i was told this was simple to do, and one of the least expensive jobs they performed. I deposited $430.84 on the job which totaled $1723.35. Our relationship with AquaGuard began 25 years ago when we bought our dream house, In the year afterwards heavy rains revealed a leaking basement, in EVERY room. I called AquaGuard and Rick came out to put together a plan to add wall drains from front to back and add a sump pump. I had an issue with water coming into the crawlspace despite having a (warrantied) system with encapsulation and a sump pump. After trying (and failing) to figure out what was happening on my own, I called AquaGuard to do a service visit. The service rep (Branson) who came out worked with me to quickly isolate the issue (holes that had been drilled into an exterior patio slab) experimentally. We had our yearly service inspection performed by Anton last week. Anton was very thorough and knowledgeable. He found that our dehumidifier was not working properly and explained in detail what our options were and the associated costs. I usually do not leave reviews. We are a current customer and received excellent, after hours, emergency services during the last rain event. Our Sump pump alarm was sounding and Corey answered the phone after midnight, calmly walked us through possible scenarios and was able to pinpoint the issue before the pump overflowed. He saved our home from flooding. He was a very calming Voice during an extremely stressful event.
