The customer service is terrible. It took over a month for someone just to come out to look at my foundation wall. He said he would email an estimate after he got back into the office. He never did. We called him but he never called back. His name was Brandon. We called the main office but were sent to voicemail to leave a message. We did, but another month later we never heard anything. Aquaguard came to my home and encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifier in my basement. This is been frankly the worst experience in home improvement that I have ever dealt with. First, Aquaguard improperly calculated square footage for the quote (by adding dimensions instead of multiplying), resulting a several thousand dollar difference after I had already singed a contract for the work. Aqua guard came to my home to do a crawl space encapsulation and done the poorest workmanship I had ever seen for somebody that claims to do quality workmanship they claim to leave you with peace of mind that's a lie they claim their employees are trained to provide quality workmanship that's a lie. Bottom line would not hire this company for a crawl space encapsulation.
I had a rep. come to my home and he looked around in the basement where we had water. We had a stud wall in front of the basement concrete wall so the rep. couldn't see everything behind the wall but he took moisture readings and said we had water intrusion coming up from the slab. He engineered a solution and since we have no reasons to doubt his suggested solution, we accepted the $5,000 job. When the work crew showed up, they began the process of taking down the stud wall.
