Professional, friendly and efficient, Anton did an excellent job. We have been with AquaGuard for several years as they have maintained our sump pump in our basement and kept an eye on our foundation for the first sign of anything amiss. Many folks review a business only when unhappy, but I want to review AquaGuard precisely because I am completely, 100% satisfied with their big waterproofing project in my basement. I am on the cusp of a difficult dilemma. I don't know how to do this exactly so I will just go step by step. I had my pool deck leveled along with a set of stone steps being stabilized. STILL FLOODING CHRONICALLY AFTER SPENDING $15,000. If I could give negative stars I would. We paid the company $15,000 to encapsulate our basement, add a dehumidifier, and several more items to stop the water flooding our hybrid basement/crawlspace. We have had the company come out FOUR TIMES in the past TWO YEARS because the basement is still flooding. Last time it took them ONE MONTH TO GET TO OUR HOUSE then they finally arrived on 7/14 and "fixed the issues, again". On 8/24 I have found that it is still flooding. HOW CAN ... read more

I had a very unpleasant overall experience with Aquaguard. Their customer service is horrible. After receiving a quote of $4,500 from the sales rep Eric ********, he ended up charging me $5,000 due to an error in his system. After numerous attempts to get this (and other dissatisfaction complaints I had with the service workers) addressed by someone for almost 2 months, I was finally contacted by a Sales Manager, Blake ******. Hired Aquaguard to fix my basement that was leaking. When the sales rep. came out he gave us the quote to fix the issue and advised it would take 3 days and I agreed. I also advised him that I would do all the demolition to save money. He stated "by me doing the demolition I would save $961 dollars." I called the sales rep. and told him the demolition was done. Hired AquaGuard to fix the flooding under our house. We had heard such great things about them and the reviews were excellent. But I can say that our experience has not been excellent by any means. After they came out and did the job it was raining a couple of days later we noticed the pipe that was spitting the water out of the pump was on a hill that was leading the water straight back under our house.
