I am very pleased with the Aquaguard Basement System I had installed over two years ago - worth every penny - especially during heavy rainy seasons! I was always worried about flooding especially when I was out of town. We have been Very Satisfied Customers of AquaGuard since 2015 when they completed our Crawlspace Encapsulation Project. Each year, we request an Annual Inspection of the System to insure that it is working properly. I have been pleased with the service I received with Aquaguard. All employees I have come in contact with have been very friendly and helpful. I recently had a potential issue and the service technician (Anton Capers) was very patient,l and helpful in helping to troubleshoot the problem, even if it ended up being outside of Aquaguard's scope. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations!

Service rep was excellent and very through. Paid for the service with a down payment of $2,300 on 08/28/21. Decided not to proceed the next day 08/30/21 and emailed and called regarding the refund. I was told it would be taken care of within 7-10 days. Service rep call his supervisor to discuss and called me back to confirm 7-10 days. It's 09/08/21 and had to call the office to see what the hold up is on getting refund and was told the accounting dept. did not have the paperwork yet to process the refund.
