*********************** with Aquaguard serviced the sump pump and dehumidifier today. He was extremely helpful and spent time explaining and troubleshooting some issues. He was very personable and went above and beyond what I expected on a routine maintenance call. I will request him in the future. Excellent job!

AquaGuard installed Gutters for me in December 2020. I had concerns about drainage and erosion that I noticed over the past year. ****** S. came out to help me find a solution. I'm pleased with the service that I recieved even after finding out that the job needed to be reinstalled .*********************** came to service the system and ensured me that the problem would be fixed. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the issues with system while ensuring me that it would be resolved. The company is very responsive and customer service oriented. Used Aquaguard for purchase and instillation of a dehumidifier for my basement. *********************** (sales person) did an excellent job explaining and recommending what was needed. There were some glitches with the initial installer (reason for a 4 v. 5 star rating), however ****** and AquaGuard customer service sent out another installer, ******* who wan amazing! The crew that came to our home today was fantastic!!! ******* was very honest about what to expect and what he could do. They leveled out our front sidewalk to be almost perfect which isn't bad for a home built in the 80's. They performed the work in a timely manner and were on their way, after they made sure that we were pleased with their work. They really did an amazing job!!!

***** was so knowledgeable and thorough, he really took the time to identify ALL of our issues, and took the necessary steps to protect us from having another flood. An absolute gentleman and excellent customer service, I will definitely request him in the future for our Aquaguard needs!
