Aqua roofing have been paid to repair flats roof. they put up scaffolding about a year ago haven’t come back and there is so much mould and damp in flat. Because I own it nobody will do anything. Went to their office in Pinner.. doesn’t exist. Can’t get hold of them. Solicitors will now be involved.
New guttering started leaking after a few months. Wouldnt respond regarding it. Had to get it repaired by another contractor
Avoid - work done was shoddy, leading to leaks, and have refused to attend to rectify under their "guarantee". Now won't answer calls.
Prompt and efficient in visit and quoting.
