I've been going to Antony for the past few months to keep on top of niggles during training blocks and would highly recommend him! He is very friendly and knowledgeable, always taking the time to discuss my current training regime and any particular areas of focus to ensure that each massage is tailored accordingly for maximum recovery benefit.
I have visited Anthony for several months now, for a neck and back massage. I was a bit nervous the very first time but Anthony was very professional, relaxed and knowledgeable, so any worries soon disappeared. Anthony respected my dignity and I felt very comfortable. The session was amazing and he used a variety of different techniques, to ease the pain and tensions , he was able to help me considerably. I would highly recommend Anthony.
