Just randomly received a phone call from them out of the blue despite never having registered any of my details with them and being in another part of the country. No apologies or anything for misdialling either just awkward silence before hanging up. Not very professional in my opinion.
Would not recommend. Myself and my partner viewed a flat with Zoe. Zoe said that whoever puts forward an interest first will be the one put forward to the landlord. We put forward our interest shortly after the viewing, and during our email exchange with Zoe, we were asked how much we would like to put forward for a rental amount.
