Nick Day was very professional and friendly. He answered any questions I had and explained everything he was doing.
Nick D and Andrew W were the service professionals on my first treatment. They did a great job! Very thorough with application, addressed all of my concerns and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Aptive.

I was super impressed and would welcome him back anytime. He took great time to explain everything to me and additionally, he even told me when I could let my dog out safely. Well done!

So far I am very impressed with this company. Technicians Josh, Tommy, and Tom visited our home this morning, even in the rain, for our first initial treatment and consultation. Very personable, prompt and courteous.
Tyler got to the house right on time and was very polite. We walked around some of the areas that was discussed in the initial set up of appointment. He did a great job. After he was done he went over anything he discovered and took care of (wasp nest). Thank you for your professional service. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for this type of service.
