I just signed up with this service after having issues with ants and some other insects. Tom C. and his crew showed up promptly and was very nice and professional. They took care of the entire outside of the house and came back to go over what was sprayed and what was found. Based on my first impression I would recommend their services to my friends as well.
I typically brush off door to door salespeople but Kelton showed up at my door today describing the Aptive services. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy... more of "sell by educating" approach, with I can appreciate. I had already been thinking about finding someone to provide this service.
