This was a totally unsolicited "Door To Door Pest Control" solicitor. -- Now, why didn't I believe it when he stated: "Their trained inspectors found termites in my neighbor's home, and would I like them to inspect my home?"

All techs, including Damen Steele were professional, polite and arrived as scheduled. I asked that they call before coming, and they have. They put on their booties before entering my home. the only thing I don’t like is that I have to ask every time for them to come inside to spray my home. I would preferr it be a part and automatic part of the contract. Other then that, I very happy. I find LOTS of dead bugs. So it’s working.
Bad Experience. Rather than fixing the bug situation they seemed to make it worse. This is my first experience with a pest control company and I went against my better judgment by opting for a door-to-door salesman. Please look at the attached contract they ask you to sign. Draven Watson from Aptiva helps keep my house from spider. He did great job and very professional. He listened to my concerns and took care of it.
The tech that came today finished the job the first tech did not do on Monday, cleaning up all the spider webs around the house.He did a good job. His name was Damen Steele. Neither tech let me know they were here though -I would like for the techs to ring the doorbell and let me know when they come because I have a dog that I don't want out when they come.
My service technician was Dustin Hensley, who serviced my property in Bellevue, KY. I was called ahead of his arrival, and he arrived on schedule. He explained the service to me, got right to work, and finished in a timely manner. He was completely professional and polite at all times.
