Freddie was professional and showed excellent customer service. He called for a 1 hour call ahead and was here in exactly an hour. He gave us great advice and explained what he was doing to help us. Thanks Freddie!
After pointing out how bad the spider webs were this year, Knieviel went about taking care of the problem. He made sure to take extra care around my vegetable garden on the side of the house, which I really appreciated very much. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining everything he was doing to take care of the pest problem on this extremely hot day. Thanks to Aptive for the great service!

Eric Osborne was the Tech. He explained everything very well. He talked to me about some of the bugs that were giving me a problem and what he could do to help resolve the problem. Very friendly and professional.
Colton Phillips and Tristan Busse both did a very thorough job at my house and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. They explained exactly what they were doing where and why. I appreciated their attention to detail, patience taken to make sure I understood the operations performed, and also their willingness to come back anytime if needed. I hope they come back to service my home in the future.
Eric W. was our service pro. He left our fence gate open and our dog got out. We looked for a long time for him. Luckily someone saw our little Yorkie wandering the neighborhood alone and took him home with them. We were not happy to say the least! Also, product was left on our driveway that we had to clean up. We won't be using this company again.
