Jeff Sorrels did an outstanding and professional job. He is a courteous technician and a pleasure to work with.
Robert Rohaley was very professional and friendly. Robert was very knowledgeable about the pests we were currently dealing with, a nest full of bald- faced hornets and yellow jackets in a different part of the property. He was able to successfully remove the hornet's nest hanging from a tree branch about 8 feet from our deck with no problems. I would highly recommend Robert Rohaley and the other two young men with Aptive Environmental that came with him who serviced our yard and exterior of our home.
Tyler Geertsma is a very presentable & a professional reps. Worked on the pest problem & gave out recommendations. Delivers what they promised. Satisfied with the outcome until the next schedule visits.
Omar called me with a 30 min window before arrival which I appreciate - when he arrived he was well mannered and got right to work. Omar has serviced my home in the past and has always been professional.

Terrence was courteous, and very professional, he inspected the house and proceed to elaborate on what he will be doing, giving us advices on keeping the place bugs free and letting us know that he was a call away if things were not better.
