Carnell arrived within the scheduled time, was very courteous, and thorough. He treated the inside and outside, including removing wasp nests under the 2-story porch. He applied granulated product to the potted plants as well as the planted areas around the house.
Today was our first time using Aptive Environmental. Jacob arrived promptly at the service location. He was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all questions we had for him. He was very informed on the product and services his company provides. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control. Thank you Jacob for such a great experience. It's so nice to have someone show up with a smile and happy to do the job!
Dustin arrived right on time and took his time explaining what he planned to do and how the quarterly visits would work. I did have a concern about the solutions used as I have a pet; however, Dustin was able to allay my fears. I am pleased that he will be my Service Pro each time. Thanks, Dustin!
Carnell was very nice; telling us everything he was doing and even applied extra care where we had an ant issue. He cleared all the spider webs and wasps nests from our home's exterior along with treating our lawn. This is a very thorough insect and rodent protection for our home and the bonus is it came with a smile and kindness. Thank you.
Benjamin and Cameron were terrific. They were professional and thorough. They explained everything. They treated the inside and outside of my house efficiently. And, Ian the sales rep who called on me first was also very professional and thorough. I would recommend the whole team.
Technician Mr. Larry was most helpful with my questions. He was also intelligent and very kind. His thoroughness was appreciated. It's great to see a young guy with his spirit and his manners.
