Larry was awesome. He was very thorough with his work he did on the house for treating it against various pests. Not only did he treat the house, he swept along the top of my porch and got rid of various webs and whatnot that I had been meaning to do. He also knocked down a wasps nest that I hadn't noticed above my garage. I am very happy with Aptive and with the service I received from Larry.
Caleb was on time and very professional. He worked hard on a hot day in STL. He sprayed the yard, around the house, and inside including the basement.
Carnell was very efficient and was able to answer my questions thoroughly. He was very quick in getting everything taken care.
Carnell was in time and very ptofessional. He explained what he was doing and effects and very careful when he was inside my home. Definitely recommend this service and their technicians!

Our servicer Cameron O. was very thorough with what he would be doing that day and was kind enough to explain what he was doing while applying all of the treatments(indoor/outdoor). Overall I was very happy with my service. I will update this further when they come do the follow up treatment.
We had our second visit on Monday and once again received great service from Jacoby! Jacoby is always so friendly and outgoing and I love that he truly listens to my concerns. I noticed since our first visit we had carpenter bees make their home in our deck. I showed Jacoby where they were and he treated the area. So far I have been very impressed and satisfied with Aptive's products and the technician!!!
Cameron & Larry were right on time, very professional & knowledgeable about their products and company. They addressed all my concerns and were a pleasure to do business with. Look forward to a long association with Aptive!
