Morris was personable, attentive and listened to my request including spraying both inside and out and avoiding 2 rooms. He worked very hard on a VERY HOT day.
Received a follow up visit from Morris and he did a fine job but was only to spray the outside. I had an issue with some pests in my garage and near my workshop downstairs and he took care of those as well. Very professional.
Jacob was very knowledgable and answered every question I had while he serviced the inside and outside of my home...Thanks!!!
Benjamin came to our home today to treat for Pest Control. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. He was on time and also answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Benjamin and this company to my family & friends.
Having used other pest control services in the past, I can say that Aptive is a great choice. Also, Kaden and Jacob were excellent!
Josh, my service man, was very professional and courteous. He ask me if I was experiencing any problems and when told, informed me what he was going to do to rectify the issues. He also informed me that if I experience additional problems that I could always call into the company to address those concerns, if any at no charge.
Benjamin was very nice, he explained everything he was doing and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything he did before he left!
Explained the service very well and took care of promptly and did what they said they were paid to do.
We called Aptive because we were having issues with spiders in our home with the weather changing we were seeing them more and more often. We called to have somebody come spray our home, they were very reasonably priced, were able to set a quick appointment, and showed up on time. Benjamin was very nice and professional and did a great job. Glad I gave them a call, now we can have some peace of mind. I really like that they come out between quarterly visits at no extra charge if you see any bugs again.
