Kyle was awesome. His positive attitude went well beyond our expectations. After treating the house, he asked me if I would like him to treat my LARGE outbuilding. Kudos to Aptive for retaining quality employees like Kyle!
Our service tech, Morris, arrived on time. He was very professional and gave a through explanation of the service he would be preforming. He also gave me an opportunity to tell him any areas we had had problems or concerns with. I was very happy with our visit from Aptive. Thank you!

Larry and Morris were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. They listened to my concerns and were able to tell me what was going on. They insured me that the problem would be fixed.
Was having problems with brown recluse spiders and had hired another pest agency. After one visit we were still seeing live spiders. After hiring Aptive we were excited to save money but even happier the spiders were dead! On the second visit we were impressed with Carnell's thoroughness and knowledge. He took over an hour to take care of the outside of the home yesterday, and today we aren't being eaten alive by mosquitos!
Morris was great, friendly, informative and did a wonderful job. Would love to have him back. See you in the fall Aptive.
Impressive salesperson and Service Pro Benjamin. They were polite, informed and accommodating in presenting and applying service. Everything was thoroughly explained before any signing-on.
Aptive did a very thorough job in treating my home and yard. When Larry came to our home in July he was friendly and polite. He questioned me on pests and pointed out some I did not know were here. He also got rid of the many many spider webs that I was trying to eliminate prior to his arrival. I hope all of Aptive's employees are as great as Larry. Kecia C
