Moved out of state. Aptive said they would suspend my service and work with me when we established a new residence. 2 months later I get a notice that my account went to collections. Paid the balance and will never do business with them again. What a joke!
Drew did an excellent job. He was courteous and prompt. He answered my questions and did not treated me like I was asking stupid questions. I would recommend Aptive because of Drew. On 9/23/16 I had my first quarterly and had Larry. He was great and like Drew explained things to me and told me how long it would take. After performing the services per my quarterly agreement, Larry followed up with a brief question/answer session to make sure that I was 100% satisfied before he left my property. Larry was incredible today, this is the second treatment we have had, he's incredible and explains everything that's happening! He was basically just amazing! No other words do it justice! We have been super pleased with Aptive, I'll definitely recommend them to everyone!
Highly recommend this company. Kyle was GREAT!! We have brown recluse problems and he assured me we would see a difference very soon. With two young kids that put my mind at ease. He was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Employees make a business and Kyle definitely impressed!
