Prince Porter was my Technician. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, and asked if there was anything that needed attention...I conveyed that I had a very tiny insect that continued to service sine the last treatment I had. I had collected the specimen and contained it in a medicine bottle. As he continued to do his work, inside and out, I had forgotten about the little bug...but before leaving, he had reminded me that he would take it and find out what it is...very sharp, polite, young man...I had my 3 year old granddau... read more
Marcus was very friendly and he addressed all my concerns. He was professional and seemed to enjoy his job.
The technicians (today we had Robert) themselves are always very professional, courteous, and do a thorough job. I think there is a lack of communication between the schedulers and the technicians because on more than one occasion the technician did not come the day the scheduler texted and called me to notify an upcoming appointment.
Kevin B was our technition and arrived at my home (on time), reviewed the service to be performed for our first appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and answered all my questions. His service was performed thoroughly and timely, inside and out - all with a smile! Awesome Job. Laura L.
