Our Aptive representative was on time and very professional and sprayed wherever I asked him to. They usually come in the morning by 10:00 but I called today to double check and was told he would arrive after 4:00. A representative called me to say he was on his way which I really appreciated since it was after 4:00. I would highly recommend them if you see spiders etc. Our pet has never had a problem with this product.
Our service tech, Carvin, was courteous and professional. He explained what he found and what kind of insecticide he used and why. Great job Carvin!
