Our technician today was professional and timely. After this our second treatment, we have noticed a dramatic difference.
Elbert Sanders was very professional and had the answer to all of my questions. So far the applications seem to be working just fine.
Cust. Susan H. says serivce tech Kevin Brown was VERY thorough, showing us problem areas around the perimeter of our property and what to watch for in the future. Kevin was the BEST technician we've ever had from ANY pest control service in the St. Louis area! He cares about his customers and their needs. It shows in his work! By far he is a GREAT asset to Aptive!
Very prompt and friendly service. Carvin H. explained what he was going to do prior to doing so. We also met afterwards to summarize the service he performed. Extremely respectful, friendly and upbeat attitude - regardless of how hot it was outside!!! Carvin H. defintely displayed the "WOW" factor! Would highly recommend this service to others.
I have only had one experience with Aptive so far, and all I have to say are great things! Carnell was great and very knowledgeable. I was originally told that they could spray the inside of my house with my child and pet home, but when Carnell got to my house and realized I had a newborn, he knew he couldn't spray inside, and he informed me (being a first time mom) that it wouldn't be safe.
