Terrible, terrible service. For a full year, all I saw were invoices. If I was lucky enough to actually see a technician, I had no idea what he actually performed and it typically took only minutes before they were gone. Several times I called requesting they come into the house to treat areas. Twice, the technician simply pulled up to the house and just left never ringing the door bell but documenting the service was done. Infuriating. It's to early to tell what the effects of the spraying will do but Darrell Wormley was our tech, and was very frendly and did a great job very quickly, and answered our questions. Thanks Darrell.
