Poor work ethic and inconsistent results!! If technician, Haadee, came to complete our service every quarter I would be a happy camper as he was very thorough. However, every other technician has failed at completing the job I was under the impression I was paying for. Typical experience = NO cobweb removal, quick 5-10min in and out, and very little insecticide application. I have even had a technician show up, sit in his car for 10min, send invoice via email, pull out and LEAVE! I do not know one person who is okay with pay... read more
Answer your phones. Provide needed services in a timely manner. STOP attempting to charge and perform quarterly services a month before they are due!
false business practices, bad customer service, don't want anymore service, but aptive is still trying to bill me for cancelling, Never signed a contract and Aptive is trying to say we did.
Their customer service has gone downhill. Aptive no-called, no-showed me 3 times in a row, and no one could give me an answer as to why this kept happening. Not to mention how much of a hassle it is to call customer service now...minimum 20 minute hold time. I had several customer service reps tell me that a manager would follow up with me on how Aptive will make this right. Also, I've left voice messages and emails, and after 3 weeks I haven't received a single return call or email. I'm not sure what I'm paying for at this ... read more
Recommendedthe tech was fast ,friendly very good with his explanation of what he was going to do and how long it would take
Tech was very polite and friendly. Identified himself and explained what he was there to do. Asked what areas needed to be treated and areas were showed that needed treated. Questions that I asked him he responded in a very professional way. He did a excellent job and I would recommend Aptive services..We are pleased with the service so far.
Delana came out for our first treatment today. She was very knowledgeable and professional! I'm looking forward to a bugfree summer!

I was extremely impressed with Austin K who arrived with a smile and eagerness to please. He was attentive and patient as I explained my issues. With this being my first application, I eagerly wait for the promised results.
