This company is a total scam! BERY expensive subscription service and $150 to cancel. DO NOT use them!
this company did not listen to my needs and then charged me $200 to cancel. not told about cancellation fee!! they harrasss me with texts and calls and I already called and customer loyalty and they said I would NOT be billed!!! dO NOT USE
Your service is a joke! I tried to reschedule an application because I was seeing ants & spiders in my home (something I haven’t seen with my previous pest control company). You never responded to calls, emails, or requests on your app. I have called several times to cancel this service and yet someone showed up today. I have sent emails to cancel this service and I have received zero contact. I have been calling and emailing and leaving messages since June. I would not recommend you to anyone!
They try to schedule me every month ... supposed to come quarterly ... waits on customer service line are way too long
How dare you have a salesperson come to my home during a pandemic without a mask. Even if I’d needed your service I wouldn’t have taken it because the audacity and neglect toward people with pre-existing conditions that are more prone to sickness is sickening. Not to mention solicitation door to door in and of itself is a disrespect to people trying to have a peaceful day off in their homes. Shame on this company for their disregard to human homes and humans privacy in general. Shame on all of you.
RecommendedZach Bucalo helped out my parents tremendously. We just moved and he had great manner and is very knowledgeable. He explained what chemical he was using and why. He is a very pleasant Service Professional. We haven't had an issue with bugs since he sprayed!
Scam. They did a poor job on the first visit, failed to appear for the second visit, so I rescheduled. When they returned they asked my 9 year old if we had an appointment, and when she didn't know, they cancelled that appointment. They lie in their service notes about what they perform, and my neighbor caught them on his video recording system not doing that which they said they were doing. Basically a waste of your time and money. They won't let you cancel. AVOID.
Sara Simcox did an amazing job this evening. She was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. If possible, I would LOVE to have her do all of our future applications.
Sales guy came to my house banged on the door and rang the doorbell. Answered the door with a newborn I was trying to feed while my dogs were going crazy. He is trying to sell some service, no mask on during a pandemic and is trying to talk to me while I hold a newborn. So inconsiderate and unprofessional. If you’re going to go door to door during a pandemic at least wear a freakin mask, it’s really not that hard.
