We had a salesman come to our home and we decided to give them a try... well the first guy came at 8:30 at night and we were irritated but let him do his thing... the second time the guy came he was at our home for about 5 minutes... he was on his cell phone the entire time and sprayed our bushes only.. I called and they did nothing... this place is a scam... we owed them 100.00 so they say and then sent to collections for over 300.00! Don’t use them!

Aptive generates sales with door to door salesman. Its a moderate pressure sell but i needed the service as i had alot of yard ants, pets and small children so the service sounded right for me. So i signed up. Then it was a full court press for a credit card, which i declined. They begrudgingly accepted my check. They have done 3 services now and started calling about non payment. Terrible customer service. My service was scheduled way too early so I called and finally got through after an hour. She moved it by a week but it should have been pushed by over a month. I tried to email and call - no one answered either. Ever. I left a note on my door and they finally rescheduled for November. They then rescheduled it for today. Early. Again. Absolutely terrible service. They do not return or answer calls. They do not show up to appointments. Asked for refunds multiple times. They will not attempt to fulfill promises they made.

Hey all, just wanted to share a little "buyer-beware" story. Back in the spring we had a door-to-door salesman going to houses in Bishop Meadows from Aptive Pest Control. I am very sympathetic to outbound sales representatives as I have been doing outbound sales for years. I listened to the salesmans pitch, and he "sold" me on how great of a deal I was going to get for their services because he had more than 2 dozens houses in the neighborhood already signed up to use them. Beware of this company!! We purchased 1 application and subsequent applications were to be approved via telephone. They did two more applications without approval, charged my credit card and refuse to refund my money. Poor business!!

Have had their service for a year now and last time they came out the service guy brushed one cob web from our home and left. Invoice that was emailed said he removed all cob webs and sprayed around home. The company obviously isn't smart enough to know most people have cameras now and can actually watch as they try to rip off their clients! After we complained they set an appt. for them to return and redo. Every person from Aptive that has been to my house has been so friendly and took pride in their role. They played with my dogs and took time to have a conversation with me. Most recently Hakim came to my door. He sprayed inside, in the garage and the outside. I am so impressed with him and his background. Fantastic hires and Hakim, it was a pleasure to get to know you!
