Carl did an excellent job; friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and his write up summarized what was done and noted any issues we needed to be aware of.
John Johnston did a great job; however, the write-up did not state fleas or the garage and playhouse...He deserves his bonus...Caleb was also with him...Aptive needs to continue sending the same workers to their customers, and show them the write-up before leaving...One should also know about appointment more than one day in advance and whether they are coming morning or afternoon...Thank you. Amanda did an amazing job! Her attention to detail is more than I’ve ever seen put in. She was the most helpful I’ve ever had anyone be!
Damon was very professional when he showed up for our reservice. Our dog (a 100 lb great dane) is very friendly but can look somewhat intimidating. We are working on greeting people more appropriately, but today was not a good day for our dog. Damon handled the situation very smoothly and got the job done inside our house. Sorry again Damon!
