I’ve told 3 different people that I’m done with them because my year is over and they said ok but continues to send people out to my house. I’ve tried calling the office for a week straight and I’m made to wait 15 mins or so every time just for it to say no one is available. Needless to say I’ve canceled my card and I’m not paying them anymore so they can come out all they want

When requesting this service, I specifically asked that they spray the inside of my garage. I took the day off to make sure that it got done. While waiting for them to show up, I receive a text requesting that I rate their service. I called the company which had me on hold for 20 minutes and informed them that I was still waiting for the technician to show up. Deceptive Sales People - Proceed with Caution. Aptive was going door to door in my neighborhood, offering their services. The deal was you pay almost nothing for the initial service, but then commit to four quarters of follow up visits, each at a substantial cost. The sales guy was really good. He had me convinced I probably had all kinds of insect problems with my house.
